##Bringing Tortilla’s People and Personality to Life Through Print

Some of our favourite projects are the ones that make us smile when the brief lands – and our work with Tortilla definitely falls into that category.

We love working with the guys at Tortilla because they’re always open to doing something a little different. Their brand is full of personality, and that gives us the opportunity to produce print that goes beyond the usual restaurant marketing materials.

Our projects together have focused on something incredibly important to their business: their people.

From attracting new team members to training and engaging existing staff, we’ve helped Tortilla turn some brilliantly original ideas into physical print.

One of our favourites has been producing life-size standees for recruitment. Rather than another recruitment poster disappearing into the background, these full-size characters are designed to get noticed, raise a smile and start a conversation. They feel unmistakably Tortilla – fun, bold and different.

We’ve also produced branded notebooks to support staff training and engagement. They give team members something practical to use during onboarding and training while reinforcing the Tortilla brand and culture from day one.

Then there are the wall decals.

These help transform staff areas into spaces that feel part of Tortilla rather than somewhere hidden behind the scenes. They can reinforce key messages, support training and, importantly, remind teams that they’re part of a bigger brand and culture.

What we enjoy most is taking an initial idea and working with the Tortilla team to figure out how we can actually make it happen.

Sometimes that means experimenting with formats, materials or production methods. Sometimes it means suggesting a completely different way of doing something.

And that’s exactly the kind of work we love.
